Refund Policy

America's Best Choice Drug Screen and Safety Training Center Odessa, Texas

1. General Policy

All sales for services rendered by America's Best Choice Drug Screen and Safety Training Center ("ABC") are considered final. We strive to provide the highest quality of service and training. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.

2. No Refunds on Deposits or Class Materials

All deposits for training courses and pre-paid services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, any fees paid to reserve a spot in a training class.

All purchases of class materials, including textbooks, workbooks, safety manuals, and other physical or digital resources, are non-refundable. This policy applies once the materials have been provided to the client, whether in person or electronically.

3. Drug and Alcohol Testing Services

Due to the time-sensitive and regulated nature of drug and alcohol testing, all testing services are non-refundable once the service has been ordered and a collection is performed. If a test is ordered and paid for but the individual does not show up for the test, the fee is non-refundable. An appointment may be rescheduled in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

4. Safety Training Courses

A. Cancellations and Rescheduling by Client

• Cancellation more than [e.g., 48] business hours prior to class: If you cancel your enrollment in a training course more than [e.g., 48] business hours before the scheduled start time, you may be eligible for a credit to be applied to a future training course of equal value. This credit must be used within [e.g., 60] days of the original purchase date.

• Cancellation less than [e.g., 48] business hours prior to class: Cancellations made with less than [e.g., 48] business hours' notice will result in a forfeiture of the full training fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.

• No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled training course without prior notification, the full training fee will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.

B. Cancellations by America's Best Choice

In the unlikely event that ABC must cancel a training course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with the option of a full refund or a credit to attend a future course at a later date. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the client, such as travel or lodging expenses.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Rescheduling

All requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email or by phone to our administrative office at least [e.g., 48] business hours prior to the scheduled service or class.

6. Exceptions
